It fills me with immense pleasure and pride to welcome you all to the beginning of the campus placement season for the MBA Class of 2022-2024 at JIM, a premier business school that consistently strives for excellence in academics and placements.
I am delighted to share that the 2023 placement season has already shown great promise. The highest CTC offered stands at a remarkable 13.80 lac, a testament to the exceptional talent our students possess and the trust our esteemed recruiters place in them. Also, the average CTC has seen a substantial increase, soaring from 4.80 lac to an impressive 5.85 lac, reflecting the rising demand for JIM graduates in the corporate world.
The dedication and
commitment of our placement team, along with the consistent support of our
valued recruiters, have played a pivotal role in shaping the success story of
our placements. Last year, we witnessed participation from 40 esteemed
organizations, and I am excited to announce that nine new companies have joined
us this year, further expanding the horizons of opportunities for our talented
students.
This dedication is
reflected in the remarkable YoY CTC increase, which motivates us to push the
boundaries of success even further.
To our dear recruiters, I
